Terms and Conditions

• The scheme period is valid from 1St December 2023 to 31St March 2024.

• This scheme is valid on the DynaRoof products only – Hi-Rib(Dyna Rib), Steel Tiles(Dyna Tiles), Dyna -X (Liner Profile), Cherry Profile.

• There are 4 slabs in the scheme as given above-

• Four lucky customers will be awarded bumper prizes, that includes a two-wheeler, refrigerator, washing machine, and a TV, after proper verification of their purchases and original documents.

• The company reserves the right to choose the two wheeler of any brand

• Only one gift per customer as per slab details given above.

• Any valid ID proof (Pan/DL/Voter ID card) etc. of customer is mandatory to register their names while purchasing material at the dealer points.

• This scheme can’t be clubbed or transferred to any other offer or scheme.

• No gift claim will be entertained after 31st March 2024.

• The Company reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms, rules or provisions in respect of the scheme or any part thereof at its sole discretion at any time during the scheme Period, as shall be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or force majeure events and the same shall be binding on the contestants

• In the event of any dispute all matters shall be governed by all applicable laws of India and the court at Guwahati shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
