“Starting back in 1994 to 2022 it has been a long journey of immense success, failure, joy, happiness, hard work, and learning. I usually run short of words when it comes to sharing my journey in Dyna roof company, it brings tears to my eyes remembering how I started my journey here as a worker in the service department and then to the logistics department to being a Deputy manager have come a long way. Few of the most important and precious personalities I have met in this journey is Lt. Mohanlal Jain (founder), Lt. Sajjan Kumar Jain, and our Managing Director Mr. Sushil Kumar Jain during the first years of my work for around 11 years I was working under SM Ispat Ltd, the office was then situated in the Fancy Bazar area of Guwahati. Then shifted to Dyna Roof Company Ltd. It faced a lot of challenges and difficulties to get itself built so well organized business as of today. A lot of things got changed, our Company we are now open to new people new ideas , new ways of working in order to cope up with societal changes and would say one of the best company to work with. I got to learn many new things. This journey of 28 years has been a huge part of life, learned new things, got up’s and down’s and still we are sticked together as a well organized business group.
